Duration of the plan: 5 years, non-renewable, price for five years, only valid with the purchase of a new instrument

The ProtectionPlus Plan includes:
• Five Years of Full Repair Coverage
• Priority Service
• Free Shipping
• Unlimited Technical Support
• Factory Repairs including
- Limited instrument cleaning
- Evaluation of any instrument error conditions
- Repair service as needed, with all parts and labor costs included*
- Instrument exchange if repair is not possible
- Verification that unit functions to specifications after repair
• Reporting
- Hach Service Report with complete documentation of service performed and measurements/readings. Certification not included.

*Misuse, Abuse, Transit, Water, or Environmental Damage are not covered.
